I was 18 when I returned from a long summer trip in Vancouver, BC when I decided to study photography, I think the art of the photography came to my life trough the passion in filmmaking I always had.

I studied photography for a few years but never finished my formal education on it. While in school I realized that the only way to learn the art would be working as an assistant and that is what I did for a couple of years.

The passion for extreme sports lead me to start racing, I immediately realized that I need it to keep shooting so I start taking pictures of other riders and combining my photography and the sports I love. Years later I became a film editor and spend years working as a freelancer on several projects, but I never stopped taking pictures.
